PAYMENT OPTIONS

FineCottonNightwear currently accepts the following payment methods:

VISA – Online transactions via PayPal and Offline transactions via telephone.

MASTER CARD – Online Transactions via PayPal and Offline transactions via telephone.

Please note that you can safely enter your credit card number via PayPal, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL.

ORDER STATUS

Once you’ve clicked PURCHASE, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order.

Orders where all items are “in stock” will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours AFTER they have been confirmed and authorised.

Please note: you may be contacted by a Customer Service Representative if we are having problems with an authorisation in Australia.

You will receive an order# (ie: ABC123) via an automatic email confirming your order information. If you have not heard from our Customer Service/Distribution Centre within 24-48 hours of placing your order, your order has been authorised to be processed.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If a particular style has no stock currently available then the Availability Section on the product ordering page will advise how long until more stock will arrive in to our warehouse. The Availability Section will display the following messages for your convenience;

In Stock – This indicates that the items in your shopping bag are in stock and orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched on the next working day.

Due in 1-5 Days – This indicates that the item in your shopping bag is currently not in stock but we are expecting more stock into our warehouse in 1–5 working days. Once we have received the new stock your order will be processed.

Due in 5-10 Days – This indicates that the item in your shopping bag is currently not in stock but we are expecting more stock into our warehouse in 5-10 working days. Once we have received the new stock your order will be processed.

For your convenience we also have the following alerts visible in the Availability Section to help you with your purchasing decisions;

Limited Stock – This indicates that the item is in stock in limited numbers but once sold out the item will not be re-stocked.

Sold Out – This indicates that the item has sold out in the specified size/colour and is not coming back into stock. Try to select another colour or size.

Please note if your order contains items that are in stock and items that are due to come into stock then your order will be dispatched when the item that will take longest to arrive arrives into our warehouse.

From time to time items displayed as being available have sold out – in this event a customer service representative will email you to advise you of the situation and recommend an alternative style or colour that is available or ask if you would like to cancel the order.
