How do I receive special offers from Fine Cotton Nightwear?

Do the Pyjamas Shrink?

All 100% cotton shrinks. Fine Cotton Nightwear has taken this into consideration when creating the patterns for each style. Both the Voile Cotton fabric (used in our Summer styles) and the Brushed Cotton Fabric (used in our Winter styles) shrink about 2-3%. French Country is 100% cotton.

The Voile Cotton, Brushed Cotton, and 50%Cotton / 50% Modal garments should be washed in cold water and dried on a washing line in the shade.

The Polyester Micro Fibre Robes (dressing gowns) may be washed in warm water and dried on a washing line in the shade.

Some garments require HAND WASHING please check the attached labels for further instructions

What separates Fine Cotton Nightwear from other pyjama brands?

The print designs used by French Country are exclusive to the French Country brand and therefore you will not see them used by any other Australian pyjama brands.

At Fine Cotton Nightwear we use only the highest quality 100% cotton and cotton rich fabrics available and pride ourselves in the fine craftsmanship of our garments.

If I am between sizes, should I go up or down a size?

People that are in between sizes should order the next size up to ensure the proper length in the garment, especially the sleeves and pants.

How can I check the status of my order?

How can I unsubscribe from receiving Fine Cotton Nightwear emails?

Please send an email to customerservice@ FineCottonNightwear.com.au with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” typed into the subject heading and we will remove your email details from our system.

Please note that you will still be asked to provide your email address when ordering online so that we may contact you with information about your order.

PLACING AN ORDER

What forms of payment do you accept?

Fine Cotton Nightwear accepts payment by Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept cash payments or deliver goods C.O.D. (more information about POSTAGE and DELIVERY)

Is it safe to use my credit card on FineCottonNightwear.com.au?

Yes, shopping at FineCottonNightwear.com.au is safe. We use PayPal as a secure system and check each order for any unusual features to ensure maximum protection for the customer.

Is it too late to make changes to my order?

In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed. If you have already placed an order and wish to change it, please contact Fine Cotton Nightwear with your order number. You may contact us by email at customerservice@FineCottonNightwear.com.au ,  by phone on  (02) 49292509 Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm AEST – please remember to have your order number ready.

Can I order by phone?

We are happy to take orders via phone if you do not wish to place your order online.

Do you have a catalogue I can order from?

At this time, Fine Cotton Nightwear does not offer a catalogue by mail. We always add new items to FineCottonNightwear.com.au, so please check back frequently for new items. If you join club FINE we will e-mail an alert that new season stock has arrived and remind you to check out the Fine Cotton Nightwear website.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. We ship most orders within 7 business days. A typical order shipped by our standard courier service to an address in major Australian city will take from 2 to 4 business days to reach its destination once it is shipped.

Why am I paying GST (Goods and Services Tax) on shipping and handling?

Australian tax regulations require that we collect GST tax on shipping and handling where applicable. All GST taxes that are collected are paid to the Australian Government where the tax is collected and merchandise has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Fine Cotton Nightwear ships to most countries in the world. Please note that MANY countries charge duties and taxes when the shipment arrives in that country, often these duties and taxes can be up to 35% of the value of the shipment.

The payment of any duties and taxes levied is the responsibility of the importing customer.

I am shipping my order outside of Australia. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?

Shipping Outside Australia: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. FineCottonNightwear ships your package “duties and taxes unpaid (DDU)”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Fine Cotton Nightwear wants to make sure you’re happy with each and every purchase. If you’re not satisfied with what you’ve bought, you can return/exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return your purchase no questions asked, as long as the item(s) is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and in its original condition with tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
